Jenni Mooney

Jenni Mooney
Jenni was admitted to practise law in Victoria in 1985 and in all Federal Courts of Australia in 1986 and has been practising in family law and de facto relationship matters for over 30 years. She is a current member of the Relationships Australia Lawyers Panel, has been seconded on two occasions to act as a Deputy Registrar of the Family Court of Australia at the Melbourne Registry, and has previously been on the Independent Childrens Lawyers Panel.
Jenni has vast knowledge and experience in family law matters and is particularly interested in property settlement matters. She is an avid dog lover and has a special interest in disputes on pet ownership following separation.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Law
Graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Bachelor of Arts
Graduated from La Trobe with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts.
