Jenni Mooney

Jenni Mooney holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University. She was admitted to practise law in Victoria in 1985 and in all Federal Courts of Australia in 1986 and has been practising in family law and de facto relationship matters for over 30 years.
Jenni is a current member of the Relationships Australia Lawyers Panel. She has previously been seconded on two occasions to act as a Deputy Registrar of the Family Court of Australia at the Melbourne Registry and has previously been on the Independent Childrens Lawyers Panel.
Jenni has vast knowledge and experience in family law matters and is particularly interested in property settlement matters. She is an avid dog lover and understands the bond between owners and their pets and has a special interest in disputes on pet ownership following separation.
