Nicola Rollinson

Nicola is an experienced private client practitioner, qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2013, with a well-established practice advising high net worth individuals and families on complex estate planning and administration matters. Her expertise spans the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, administration of estates, Court of Protection matters, inheritance tax planning, and the structuring and ongoing management of trusts.

Nicola is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having attained this globally recognised accreditation in 2019. STEP membership is widely regarded as the benchmark standard for wills and estates Solicitors, reflecting a high level of technical proficiency and a commitment to excellence in private client practice.

As a Registered Foreign Lawyer, Nicola is able to advise on all aspects of wills and estates law in England and Wales. She brings particular strength in cross-border matters, assisting clients with UK-Australia estate planning considerations, including multi-jurisdictional wills, probate involving UK assets, and the coordination of international estate administration.

Since joining the firm in January 2026, Nicola has worked closely with our team, supporting Lawyers on Australian wills and estates matters. Nicola works collaboratively with our Australian Lawyers, contributing her international perspective, technical precision, and client-focused approach, enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver cross-border advice.
