Lilli Rand

Lilli Rand
Lilli brings a wealth of experience in family law, having most recently worked as Legal Associate to the Hon. Justice Williams at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. In this role, Lilli was heavily involved in both appellate and first-instance matters, with a focus on parenting, property, Hague Convention cases, and complex financial disputes. Her time in this role has provided her with an in-depth understanding of court procedures, and the intricacies of family law practice.
Prior to this, Lilli’s career has consistently centred on client-focused legal services, where she has cultivated a strong sense ofempathy and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
Lilli was admitted to the legal profession in May 2024 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
