Sarah Hogan

Since her admission to practise in 2011, Sarah has practised primarily in property law and has managed property law teams for the last eight years.

At Carew Counsel, Sarah assists in all aspects of property law including the transfer of properties pursuant to family court orders or financial agreements, acting in the purchase and sale of properties, transfer of properties between related parties, registering caveats and lodging transmission applications or survivorship applications.
