Louise Date
Before joining Carew Counsel in 2006, Louise practised primarily in civil litigation and in private client work in property, trusts & estate planning. She now practises in family law and estate planning and became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in wills and estates, as well as in litigation involving disputed wills. Louise is involved in the wills and estate planning specialist division of the Law Australasia Group.
Louise uses her wealth of knowledge and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding, cost-effective advice and results for her clients in all areas in which she practises.

Admitted to practise in VIC and all Federal Courts of Australia in 1985.
