Carew Counsel won the prestigious Coutts and Connor award for the pursuit of excellence
in 1984. In 2008 we were runner up in the Law Australasia Pursuit of Excellence
Award. This for us is the “holy grail” as it recognizes the firm, judged by its
peers to best epitomize the firm that pursues excellence on all levels of legal
practice. The provision of service to a client is a given but it also seeks to recognize
firms that are innovative and at the cutting edge of the law.
There is no doubt that as family lawyers we are at the coal face everyday and dealing
with clients in such an emotional environment which suggests there are times the
lawyers are worthy of an award but to be fair, the unsung heroes of our practice
are the support staff that provide sensitivity and respect to our clients. |
