Carew Counsel is a member of Law Australasia a group of 18 small to medium sized firms around Australia and New Zealand that share a common philosophy of bringing quality service to clients. We meet as a group regularly to keep one another appraised of practice management issues and have a number of special interest groups that meet regularly. We are members of the family law and the estate planning groups and meet a number of times each year to share knowledge and skills. As a group, the Family Law specialist group has some 15 Accredited Specialists with many years of experience. The ability to refer to competent lawyers interstate has always been of great benefit to clients in the past.

All our lawyers are members of the Law Institute of Victoria, a body that requires members to have continuing legal education. We support the Institute and are members of various committees that promote knowledge and expertise.
